Verified Reviewer |Resolved: Their customer is not good. Because I didn't send my renewal payment on time, they suspended my TV guide in my email.
TV Guide again for the second time have suspended my tv guide email. My renewal payment was received by your company on May 12th, 2025.
I already received my TV Guide for the period of June 16- July 6, 2025, and I received Classic TV Shows Puzzles & Brainteasers magazine.
My subscription has been renewed to March 23, 2926.
Please correct this or else I will not renew my subscription for 2027!

Love the magazine but customer service is awful. I sent my renewal payment in as soon as I received it so I would not have an interruption with my service.
Did not receive my next issue so called about it and they said that my payment didn't get listed until 2 weeks later.
So then I said that that was their fault and could they please get current issue out to me and they told me I had to wait until the issue after that which of course is in about a month. They could have been nice enough to send it to me since they did see that my payment was received.

Everyone was helpful, sadly the problem was not solved. NO MAGAZINE !
Everyoneo l spoke to was friendly and they tried to help me. Unfortunately I NEVER RECEIVED this weeks 3Week Magazine!
I Need this magazinemy daily newspaper does not publish a TV schedule! PLEASE SEND ME THE CURRENT 3 week issue.

Id never heard of Pissed Consumer until I googled, in frustration, How to speak with TV Guide customer service? By golly, I went through PC & the process was smooth as silk, thanks to Cath, TVGs customer service person.
Am promised a reasonable refund for future mags.
Was it because I had an advocate in PC or did i simply luck out with getting Cath or is TVG actually an exception? Regardless, thanks Pissed Consumer!!

- Crazy amount of time and frustration searching for a phone number
Preferred solution: Refund for deceased MIL’s balance of issues if prepaid subscription.

I thought that a new tv guide was due. I was wrong.
The very nice rep. for your company explained everything in detail and I realized I was in error and it is not due until the end of this week.

I called to inquire about pricing for both a digital-only subscription and a combined digital and print subscription. !st I could not understand the customer service rep..AT ALL. 2 i was put on hold so he could "Gather that information" He said go to amazon
Couldnt understand the customer service representative. Disappointed to say the least. I wanted to re subscribe, however, I couldnt understand the gentleman.

For the last month or so, I have been getting my Tv guides late. I read so many peoples complaints. Every one are getting their issues late. What is going on??????
Start mailing our TV GUIDE on time!!! It doesnt do any good getting our issues late!!! Im sure I wont be renewing my subscription
