Extended my subscription.

Finally got my missing issue plus my next issue was delivered. So should be on track now.

Been trying to log in for 5 days.

I have been trying to login or change password for 5 days but all I get are emails from zendesk with links that do not work and I can't sign in or create an account or change my password but the automated emails just keep coming and telling me that it has been changed and sends me to the same useless page!! All I want is to view the updated listings but I can't do that without signing in. I will not renew my subscription to your magazine if this is not fixed.

I chose to pay in 4 installments. I am paid up fully but was told that my last payment was late. I sent a check for $6.77 on 1/11/24 even though payment due date is 1/21/24. I really resent this treatment and your payment schedule is confusing to say the least. I wanted to blame the post office but it is not their fault! Is this the way to treat a loyal customer!!!

Not receiving my TV Guide

Each rep (3) I spoke with assured me I would be getting my prepaid subscription restarted. After I spoke with #3 I then got an email stating that the problem will be corrected

I have been receiving the TV Guide magazine at my current address for almost 7 years and all of a sudden it stopped coming to me. I called and verified it was paid for and was assured I would start getting it next month. Another month went by and again, no TV Guide. I called again and was told the address was wrong and I reverified it. I was again told I would receive it the next month with another extension on the date. Another month and I had to call again. This is the third phone call I have made regarding this matter. What can I do to rectify this? Very frustrating to say the least.

I usually get my new TV Guide a few days before the old one expires. I didnt get my new one that starts Monday the 29th!! Not happy about that!

I left a complete explaination on the Pissed customers site. . Was told there would be a code sent to my e-mail which would be there for 5 mins and my complaint would not be sent til I entered the code. There wasn't any code sent to my e-mail. I am a very pissed of customer now.!

canceled subscription and still do not have the money. Been told money is tere but it does not show up on printoug.

I have repeated called you people and your people state it was sent to my credit card - then they say check your bank. Well done that - it is not there.

I was told I would receive a check by one of your managers - that did not arrive either. Since I am suppose to get a $14 and some change refund - Where is IT???
Also the ad promised 2 free books - I never received that either. Therefore - since it has been 2 months since I cancelled and you people droped the ball - I want a full refund of my $20.00. I will also send a copy of all the times I have called and the promises made to me by your people.

Nothing but LIES.

You advertise one thing and the guide did not cover Dallas, TX therefore I cancelled after the lst publication - Check your messages on my email or my name - Why is it so hard to get a refund from you. Are you that poor you have to steal money from seniors NOW?

Putting 3 weeks into one magazine is too much. The magazines are too cheaply made for that; just stapled together. Barely into week 2, the pages start to fall out. Putting 3 weeks into one magazine is ridiculous. Wasn't that supposed to be temporary? If you keep this up, your prices should go way, WAY down then.
